This notice explains how Nexus Kreations Studios ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use this website. We are the responsible party for this information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. What we collect, and why

• Messages you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The form sends them to our business email inbox.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records basic details of each request, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, to keep the site secure and running.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

2. Information we handle for clients

When we build and run an assistant or another automation for a business, that business is the responsible party for its own customers' information, and we handle it as its operator under a written agreement. This notice covers only this website, not the information handled inside a client's automation.

3. Who we share information with

• Afrihost hosts this website and our business email in South Africa. Messages you send us through the form are stored in our inbox there.
• YouTube (Google) hosts our Garner demo video. It loads only when you press the demo button, and then your browser connects to YouTube under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires us to.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. We delete them when you ask us to.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider under its own retention period.

5. Security

Access to our inbox is limited to authorised members of our team, who sign in with personal logins. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also object to us processing it, or withdraw your consent where we rely on it. To do any of this, email hello@nexuskreations.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

7. Direct marketing

When we contact a business about our services, we identify ourselves and give you a clear way to opt out. Reply "stop" or email us and we will not contact you again.

8. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
